Agreement to these terms

By accessing Mythos or using its features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to the Mythos site and its account, profile, posting, chat, and voice-room features; third-party games and services may have separate terms.

Accounts

• Give accurate information when creating an account and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell the site operator through an official Mythos channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade a restriction, or use an account you are not authorized to access.
• Mythos may suspend or restrict an account when needed to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or target other users, or share unlawful, abusive, or privacy-invasive material.
• Publish content that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, or access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Misuse voice rooms, microphone access, screen sharing, or any feature to disrupt, deceive, or harm others.
• Use Mythos in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content, limit a feature, or suspend access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the service, or the rights of others.

Community content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. To operate the features you choose to use, you give Mythos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and maintain those features. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups or must be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit your content. Posts, comments, public profiles, and chat messages may be visible to other users. Your email is hidden from your public profile by default; choosing to display it makes it visible as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mythos may review, remove, or restrict content to enforce these terms, respond to reports, or protect the service. We do not guarantee that user-submitted content is accurate or appropriate.

Third-party games and services

Games in the collection are provided by independent developers, publishers, or other rights holders. Mythos does not claim ownership of their code, artwork, characters, music, or trademarks. A game's presence on Mythos is not an endorsement or a representation that Mythos is affiliated with its creator.

Games and external services may have their own terms, privacy practices, advertising, analytics, or technical requirements. You access them at your discretion and should review the applicable notices. Mythos is not responsible for third-party content, services, or changes made by their providers.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Mythos, including a game or community feature, at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or permanent access to content or account features.

You can stop using Mythos at any time. To request deletion of your account information, contact the site operator through an official Mythos channel. The site does not currently publish a dedicated support or privacy-request email address.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mythos and its features are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, continuously available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mythos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, or profits arising from use of the site or third-party games. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Mythos changes. The “Last updated” date shows when this page was most recently revised. Updated terms apply to use of the site after publication.

These terms describe the current site rules and are not legal advice. Where a term cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted.
